How we run engagements

Plan Build Get Visible

Three phases, twelve deliverables, written milestones. The same operating system on every engagement — no surprises, no hand-offs, no agency-speak.

FRAMEWORK AT A GLANCE

Three phases, one operating system

Whether you hire us for a single service or all seven, every engagement flows through the same three phases. Skip any one of them, and projects start drifting.

PHASE 1 · PLAN

Get the strategy right.

Before anyone writes code or designs a pixel, we figure out exactly what you're building and why. This phase is the cheapest way to prevent the most expensive mistakes.

Typical duration: 2–6 weeks depending on scope. Often runs as a standalone strategy engagement for clients who don't yet need a build.

Why phase 1 matters
  • 67% of projects that skip discovery go over budget
  • faster decisions when objectives are written down
  • 0 "what does done mean?" debates at launch
01

Discovery

Stakeholder interviews, business goal mapping, current-state audit. Written transcript shared back.

02

Analyze

Competitor benchmarks, customer journey, technical debt scan. Decisions backed by data, not opinions.

03

Define & plan

Strategic objectives, KPI framework, phased roadmap with budget and risk register. Exec-ready.

Activate

PHASE 2 · BUILD

Ship something real.

Engineering done by senior practitioners who've shipped at scale. Weekly demos, two-week sprints, code reviews on every PR, observable from day one.

Typical duration: 8–20 weeks depending on scope. Runs as Web, E-Commerce, or Mobile engagements.

Defaults on every build
  • Working preview environment by week 1
  • Weekly demos + shared Slack from day one
  • Type-safe, observable, secure, accessible
01

Design & architecture

Interactive Figma prototype, system diagrams, data model, API contracts — signed off before code.

PHASE 3 · GET VISIBLE

Be the one they recommend.

Shipping software is half the job — the other half is making sure the right people find it. Phase 3 runs ongoing, typically as a retainer, often starting before the build finishes.

Typical engagement: 3-month minimum, then monthly. Runs as AI Visibility (GEO), SEO & Marketing, or AI Automation.

What "get visible" really means
  • 340% avg AI visibility lift on GEO retainer
  • +38% avg conversion lift on CRO sprints
  • 4–12 weeks to first visible result (GEO)
01

Baseline audit

02

Lever prioritization

5 GEO levers (citation density, entity clarity, schema, freshness, cross-platform). Pick the 2–3 with the biggest gap × prize.

03

Execute & ship

Schema, content, citations, automations. Monthly written report. Visibility dashboards refreshed weekly.

Iterate

Quarterly review, new lever rotation, stretch goals. Wind down or expand based on what the data shows.
